METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FITTINGS AND THE FITTINGS MANUFACTURED USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Windows and doors manufacturing method and the manufactured windows and doors using the same are provided to improve the intensity and decrease the weight of windows and doors by dispersing the external force which is action on the windows and doors through the hollow portion. CONSTITUTION: Windows and doors manufacturing method comprise the following steps. The glass fiber unwound from plural creels is moved to the forming guide plates. The glass fiber-resin composite material is manufactured while the glass fiber passes through the forming guide plate and the resin composition of the resin impregnation bath is impregnated. The glass fiber-resin composite material is guided to the mold having the mandrels of 1~3 and is formed with the imprint of a seal. After the glass fiber-resin composite material is cut with the cutter in the fixed length, windows and doors(100) having the hollow portion(102) are manufactured.
