PURPOSE: A remover of the pipe scale is provided to remove the scale stuck on the inner wall surface of the pipe by uniform hitting and friction strength because a sub wire is rotated at the constant speed in a predetermined radius. CONSTITUTION: A remover of the pipe scale comprises a wire rotating device(110), a guide member(130), a bearing member(140), and a sub wire(150). The wire rotating device rotates a main wire(120) at the high speed and enters the inside of the pipe(P). The guide member is moved along the wire rotating device and supports the front end of the main wire in order that the front end of the main wire is always located at the center of the pipe. The guide member is inserted between the main wire and guide member in order that the main wire is independently rotated with the guide member. The sub wire is fixed to the front end of the main wire and perpendicularly crosses the main wire. The sub wire is hitting and rubbing the inner wall surface of the pipe and removes the scale of the inner wall surface of the pipe when the main wire is rotated.
