PURPOSE: A laser heat transfer mask and a method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescence light emitting device using the same are provided to include a reflective film pattern on the rear surface of a transparent substrate, thereby accurately irradiating a laser on a donor substrate. CONSTITUTION: A transparent substrate(300) comprises a light transmission area(300a). A reflective film pattern(310) is arranged on the rear surface of the transparent substrate except for the light transmission area. The reflective film pattern is made of metal materials. A scattering unit(320) is arranged on one of the frontal surface or the rear surface of the transparent substrate. The scattering unit is formed on the location corresponding to the reflective film pattern.
