PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security device, a security system, and a security method, which identify a target communication device without managing a corresponding relation between an imaging device and a monitoring area in advance. SOLUTION: The security device includes: a receiving unit 111 for receiving a detection signal from a sensor 164, and at least one of a device ID for identifying a device for capturing an image of a monitoring area during a time period including the period when the detection signal is received, a device ID for identifying a device for capturing a sound of the monitoring area, and a device ID for outputting a sound in the monitoring area; a signal generation unit 114 for generating a signal containing the received detection signal and the device ID; and a transmitting unit 115 for transmitting the generated signal to a monitoring center 150.
