<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell including a photoelectric conversion layer formed of at least one compound semiconductor consisting of a group Ib element, a group IIIb element and a group VIb element, and an insulating layer formed by anodizing Al, in which degradation of insulating characteristics caused by a crack in the insulating layer can be prevented even when the photoelectric conversion layer is formed at a high temperature exceeding 500°C. <P>SOLUTION: The problem can be solved by cleaning a surface of the Al to be anodized using an acidic cleaning solution before forming the insulating layer by anodizing Al. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
