PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new compounds for treatment of proliferative diseases.

SOLUTION: There is provided a compound represented by formula (III) or a solvate thereof (wherein, R10and R16form together a double bond between N10 and C11). The compound is a dimer, R8of each monomer forms together a dimer bridge having formula -X-R"-X- (wherein, R" is an alkylene whose chain may be interrupted by heteroatoms and/or an aromatic ring, and each X is independently selected from O, S or NH) for linking the monomers.
