摘要 <p>A method for power control, a network equipment and a terminal, belonging to the technical field of wireless communications, are disclosed. The method comprises that the network equipment obtains carrier information of multiple carriers of the terminal, and calculates a power back-off factor for each carrier according to carrier priority and/or channel quality information when determining that the transmission power of the terminal needs to be adjusted, wherein, the following conditions are satisfied: the power back-off factor of the carrier with higher channel quality is smaller, the power back-off factor of the carrier with higher priority is smaller, and the sum of the throughput capacity of the multiple carriers is the biggest after the transmission power of the multiple carriers is adjusted; and the power back-off factors are transmitted to the terminal, so the terminal can adjust the transmission power of the multiple carriers according to the power back-off factors. The network equipment comprises an acquisition module, a calculation module and a transmission module. Control of power back-off of the terminal according to the carrier information is implemented, and distinct solutions are provided for the power back-off of the terminal in the multi-carrier application scenario in the Long-Term Evolution-Advanced (LTE-A) system.</p>
