<p>An automatic light-changing welding filter lens capable of automatically setting a shading number includes a liquid crystal lens group (15), photosensitive tubes, a trigger circuit (10) and a single chip microcomputer (1). The photosensitive tubes have two groups, one is an infrared photosensitive tube (8), and the other is a green photosensitive tube (7). The infrared photosensitive tube (8) is used for detecting welding arc light and controlling single chip microcomputer (1) via the trigger circuit (10). The green photosensitive tube (7) is used for detecting the green light signal in the welding arc light, and transmitting the detected signal to the light intensity processing circuit (9) matching it. The light intensity processing circuit (9) converts the signal into a light intensity signal, and transmits it to the single chip microcomputer (1). The single chip microcomputer (1) controls the light changing of the liquid crystal lens group (15) automatically according to the light intensity value of green light. The automatic light-changing welding filter lens decreases the using complexity of the light-changing welding filter lens, reduces the misoperation, and improves the safety of the user.</p> |
