POWER CONTROL APPARATUS, POWER CONTROL METHOD, TRANSMITTER AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

A method for controlling transmission powers on multiple transmission channels on at least one component carrier in a power control apparatus of a user terminal. The method includes the steps of: for every one of the at least one component carrier, calculating multiple power values respectively, wherein every one of the multiple power values corresponds to every one of the multiple transmission channels one to one; for every one of the at least one component carrier, summing the corresponding multiple power values to obtain the power value of the corresponding component carrier; and changing at least one of the multiple power values in order to make the power value of the corresponding component carrier not more than the maximum power value limit of the component carrier. The technical scheme of the present invention compensates path loss difference in the Long Term Evolution-Advanced (LTE-A) system and ensures fair across-Component Carrier (CC) scheduling, while can limit transmission power difference among multiple CCs, and enables users to perform unite scheduling flexibly only with small calculating amount.
