PURPOSE: A touch screen panel is provided to reduce the thickness and a manufacturing cost of a touch screen panel by omitting an upper polarizing plate. CONSTITUTION: A conductive line is formed in the top of a substrate. A wire grid polarizer(60) includes a first and a second lower electrodes. An upper electrode(90) is formed on the wire grid polarizer. The substrate includes an ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) transparent substrate. The conductive wire includes a transparent ITO conductive wire. The upper electrode includes an ITO transparent film.
