PURPOSE: A safety fence for a sidewalk having an air purification function is provided to improve water purification efficiency by eliminating contaminants from purifying water. CONSTITUTION: A safety fence for a sidewalk having an air purification function comprises a purifying water reservoir(200), a dispersion unit(300), and a water plant filtering bed(400). The purifying water reservoir stores purifying water. The dispersion unit has a first pump(350) and a purifying water transfer pipe(310). The first pump is installed in the purifying water reservoir and transfers purifying water. The purifying water transfer pipe has multiple injection nozzles(320). The water plant filtering bed has a discharge surface(430) with multiple outlets(431). The outlets discharge the purifying water to the purifying water reservoir to reuse the purifying water.
