PURPOSE: A white light emitting diode package is provided to maximize the reliability and stability of a backlight module since a backlight module prevents the change of the color coordinate of the finally-emitting light according to the time. CONSTITUTION: A white light emitting diode package comprises: a blue electroluminescent diode chip; and at least one of phosphor selected from a green-emitting phosphor, yellow-emitting phosphor, orange-emitting phosphor, and red-emitting phosphor. One or whole of the phosphors included in the white light emitting diode package is the phosphor in which a silicate-based phosphor and a nitride-based phosphor are mixed in the ratio of X:(1-X) (0<X<=1). The ratio is set in order to offset the color coordination change amount by a reflective sheet, light guide plate, diffusion plate and LCD panel.
