PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and weight of a processing device to be utilized for spraying high foam detergent or the like in order to form foam layers of detergent on, for example, a vehicle body surface. SOLUTION: Guide rails 13a, 13b are supported by columns 4a, 4b below a horizontal frame 3 at the upper end of a supporting structure 1. A supporting means 45 such as a hose 44 for supplying liquid detergent to a traveling body 33 supported so as to travel in the guide rails is arranged between the horizontal frame 3 and the guide rail 13a in a plan view. A boom 47 on one side out of two booms 47, 48 of the supporting means is axially supported at a position equivalent to the middle in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 13b on one side. When the traveling body 33 is at a home position at one end of the guide rail, the two booms 47, 48 take substantially perpendicular bending positions. When one boom 47 is overlapped in substantially parallel to the guide rail 13b on one side, the other boom 48 is overlapped in substantially parallel with the traveling body 33.
