<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation automation support system, device, and method for improving work quality in an operation site, and reducing man-hours for work. <P>SOLUTION: The operation automation support system includes a means in which a scenario wherein items of operation work which constitutes a series of tasks based on a work procedure manual are combined with times associated with their implementation, is registered in an information system (such as a server) provided with a computer or the like for implementing the tasks on the basis of the scenario, and the tasks related to the times, for example, can be implemented in accordance with automatic navigation from the system side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
