<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device with a fuel change-over function including a determining part for determining whether fuel oil being supplied to a diesel engine is first fuel oil (e.g. Bunker A) or second fuel oil (e.g. Bunker C), for supplying adequate water emulsion fuel or fuel to the diesel engine in accordance with the determination result of the determining part. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel supply device 11 with the fuel change-over function can change over a supply passage change-over part 20 so that one of the first fuel oil and the second fuel oil to be used for creating the water emulsion fuel containing fuel oil and water or to be used as it is supplied to the diesel engine 12. It includes the determining part provided in a control part 28 for determining whether the fuel oil being supplied to the diesel engine 12 is the first fuel oil or the second fuel oil.
