SOLAR BATTERY WITH CELL APPLIED WITH MIXTURE OF FINE PARTICLE SILICA WITH TITANIUM OXIDE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of generation of defective products due to ready cracking of a thin- and brittle-manufactured conventional solar battery cell and cracking and warping of the solar battery cell under pressure and with heat when soldering a bus bar.

SOLUTION: Cracking and warping of the cell can be avoided by coating each surface other than electrodes of the solar battery cell with a mixture of fine particle silica with titanium oxide, thereby reducing generation of defective products and increasing the power generation efficiency.
