<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out and return equipment on an upper work table by eliminating the interval between the upper work table 2<SB>1</SB>and a lower work table 2<SB>2</SB>in the work table of two-stage configuration and by lowering the height of the upper work table 2<SB>1</SB>. <P>SOLUTION: The work table 2 includes the lower work table 2<SB>2</SB>fixed and disposed at the upper part of an instrument holder, and the upper work table 2<SB>1</SB>provided above the lower work table 2<SB>2</SB>so as to be slid and turned on the surface of the lower work table 2<SB>2</SB>. A linear slide groove 20 for sliding the upper work table 2<SB>1</SB>is provided in the lower surface of the upper work table (or in the upper surface of the lower work table), and a projection shaft 21 passing through the slide groove and movable along the slide groove, turnable within the slide groove, is provided on the upper surface of the lower work table 2<SB>2</SB>(or on the lower surface of the upper work table). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
