PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for improving the speed of processing in an image processing device which performs processing in blocks in a simple manner. SOLUTION: An image processing circuit which is mounted on the image processing device processing image data in blocks includes a plurality of processing circuits which perform predetermined image processing to the image data in blocks. The image processing circuit can be switched between a first mode in which the plurality of processing circuits is used, and a second mode in which at least one processing circuit is not used among the plurality of processing circuits.
