PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding technology for efficiently molding a resin molded article with superior appearances in a short molding cycle. SOLUTION: Heated inert gas is brought into contact with cavity surfaces 30, 32 of an injection molding mold 12 with a temperature of the whole injection molding mold 12 controlled to keep the whole injection molding mold 12 at a temperature within the range of 80-90% of a Vicat softening point (Celsius degree) of molten resin, so that the cavity surfaces 30, 32 are heated to a temperature within the range of 110-120% of the Vicat softening point of molten resin, then the molten resin is injected and filled into a molding cavity 34, the temperature of the cavity surfaces 30, 32 are then lowered to a temperature within the range of 80-90% of the Vicat softening point of molten resin, to thereby cool and solidify the molten resin in the molding cavity 34.
