PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure such as tile, with high cost performance while giving consideration to the environment with quality maintained, using tile powder out of standard which have difficulties coping with disposal as major material. SOLUTION: Powder of tile out of standard is blended with resin to be molded into and solidify a predetermined structure. Particles of the powder out of standard are approximately 60μm in size and the resin is epoxy resin. The blending ratio of the powder out of standard to the resin is within the range of 600-800 g relative to 100 g of the resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
