PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head for discharging liquid droplets, which improves productivity and forms a highly-fine pattern film. SOLUTION: The head for discharging liquid droplets which injects functional liquids as liquid droplets includes: a first plate which includes a plurality of nozzle holes; and second plates which control the direction to which the droplets are discharged from the holes.
