PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine, a probability variation method and information storage media which enable transition into a probability variable state in a method different from conventional methods. SOLUTION: A central control unit 14 generates figures from 0 to 9 by random numbers when a Pachinko ball passes through a digital start chucker 21, displays the figures after rotating a first LED display 22 only for a predetermined time, and calls a subroutine in the case of predetermined figures (e.g., 3 or 7). The central control unit 14 opens a tulip 20a only for a predetermined time in a step S200, and determines whether the Pachinko ball made a winning entry into a special winning pocket in a step S201. The central control unit 14 varies a second LED display 23 to start a second variable game in a step S203, determines whether all the figures are the same in a step S204, and increases a jackpot probability in a step S205 and terminates if all the figures are the same.
