PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush helping coat a position of the hair to-be-coated with a coating fluid with an appropriate concentration by enabling the specified position of the body to be simply and safely flushed and a just simple operation. SOLUTION: The brush includes a brush part with a brush body and a grip shaft including the brush part and available for handling with the fingers. The brush body consists of a transplanting brush or a brushing brush, and includes a partitioning plate extending in a brush shaft direction and dividing the brush body to make it partitive parts, an opening extending in the brush shaft direction and a brush cover including a side wall forming the opening.
