PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of threshing operation by enabling grain culms delivered to a feed chain to be delivered in good order without disorder by preventing the hanging down of roots of the grain culms. SOLUTION: The combine harvester is constituted as follows. A starting terminal part (10b) of a root guide (10) of the grain culms is arranged at the lower position at the front side of the conveyance-starting part of a feed chain (7), and a guide part (10a) continuing from the intermediate part of the root guide (10) of the grain culms to the rear part is extended upward along the conveyance direction of the feed chain (7) while expanding the guide part (10a) outward from the feed chain (7). A grain culm guide (11) of which the base part is attached to a threshing depth-regulating device (6) is arranged so as to form a guiding route extended rearward from the terminal end of the conveying route of the regulation chain (6a) of the threshing depth-regulating device (6), and the terminal end part (11b) of the grain culm guide (11) is put aside to the outside from the starting terminal part (10b) of the root guide (10) of the grain culms when viewed from the front.
