Disaggregating lignin containing cellulose, comprises squeezing lignin containing cellulose with a twin-screw extruder and hydrolyzing with acids, alkalis, fungi, bacteria, heat and pressure, and converting the resulting substance with methane bacteria in to biogas. The biomass is quickly available and is completely converted into biogas. The conversion of the biogas is carried out by catalytic techniques in methanol with cleaning and conversion by nano-ceramics and biological catalyst. The ratio of acids and alkalis are dependent on carbon-, nitrogen-, phosphorus- and sulfur-content of the biomass, and the ratio for carbon is 600, nitrogen is 15, phosphorus is 5, and sulfur is 1. The conversion of biogas is carried out by catalytic techniques in to methanol with cleaning and conversion by nano-ceramics and biological catalyst. An independent claim is also included for a device for carrying out the above mentioned method, where the biogas is disconnected by a porous nano-ceramic with pores in the Å range.
|
