PURPOSE: An impact energy collectable water processing apparatus is provided to collect impact energy and convert the collected impact energy into electric energy using an energy collecting part. CONSTITUTION: A reaction bath(3) receives wasted water and gas by connecting a wasted water introducing part and an air supplying part. A sludge separating part generates impact energy by vertically moving a reaction unit. A supporter(80) is arranged on the upper side of the reaction bath and supports the upper side of the sludge separating part. An energy collecting part collects impact energy and converts the collected impact energy into electric energy.
