<p>The invention relates to windscreen wipers intended for vehicles, and can be used as a windscreen wiper including a micro-vibrator and a heatable brush holder and/or a heatable brush for preventing the accumulation of snow and/or ice on the brush during use in the cold season of the year. The vehicle windscreen wiper includes a rubber brush, a holder for the rubber brush, and one or more electric heating members, wherein the electric heating member is mounted in the rubber brush holder and/or is longitudinally mounted inside the rubber brush.
