PURPOSE: An optical device with high durability, a sunlight shielding apparatus, a frame, a window, and a method for manufacturing the optical device are provided to transmit light of a visible band by oriently reflecting light of infrared band. CONSTITUTION: An optical device includes a shape layer(11), an optical functional layer(13), and an embedded resin layer(12). The shape layer has a structure with a concave unit(111). An optical function layer is formed on the structure and transmits infrared ray by transmitting visible ray. The embedded resin layer fills a concave unit and includes a flat layer(12b) formed on a structure layer with a first volume and a structure layer with a second volume. The embedded resin layer is made of infrared curable resin embedding the structure and the optical function layer. |
