PURPOSE: A wafer cassette for a solar battery is provided to have a guide unit made of polymer silicon materials, thereby reducing an impact when a wafer is inserted. CONSTITUTION: A guide unit(33) is formed on an internal end of a slot(32). The guide unit guides the insertion limitation of a wafer when the wafer is inserted. The slot supports and fixes the wafer. The guide unit is cylindrical. The guide unit is made of polymer silicon materials.
