PURPOSE: An operating method for a light-emitting diode arrangement through a simple mode and a circuit arrangement are provided to prevent the permanent damage about the light-emitting diode by decreasing the current which is provided or applied. CONSTITUTION: A driver unit(12) multiplies the main factor and current intensity value. The double defines the current intensity of all current pulse in the different time sequence and check pulse. The driver unit directly defines the current intensity of the check pulse based on the current intensity value or based on the measured temperature or the additional factor depending upon voltage. The additional factor is different with the main factor.
