PURPOSE: An air conditioning system using an exhaustion heat recovery ejector is provided to improve the fuel efficiency without using the power of the engine while compressing the refrigerant by replacing the compressor at the heat exchange system with the ejector and exhaust heat recover heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning system comprises a condenser(110), an expansion valve(120), an evaporator(130), a first heat exchanging unit(141), and a second heat exchanging unit(142). The condenser emits the heat of liquefaction, the adjacent air is heated, and the refrigerant is condensed. In the expansion valve, the refrigerant exhausted from condenser is branched and one of them is drawn in through a first flow passage(161). The evaporator gets the influx the refrigerant exhausted from the expansion valve, absorbs the heat of evaporation, cools the adjacent air, and evaporates the refrigerant. The foreign heat exchange materials are flown to the inside of first heat exchanger and second heat exchanger. The first heat exchanger gets the influx which is not the flowing refrigerant from the expansion valve through the second fluid passage(162), exchanges the heat, and discharges. The second heat exchanger get the influx the exhaust gas, exchanges the heat, and discharges.
