CONSTITUTION: A preliminary tray cleansing device comprises a housing(10), a tray inlet, a tray outlet, a tray moving unit(40), a tray frontside wash brush(52), and a tray backside wash brush(62). In order to pass through to the state where the tray is stood up in the upper one side of the housing the tray feed hopper is formed. In order to pass through to the state where the tray is stood up in the top other side of the housing the tray vent is formed. It interlinks the tray feed hopper and equation board vent and the tray moving unit is arranged. The tray moving unit transfers the tray putting into through the tray feed hopper into the standing state to the fixed speed to the tray outlet direction. The food plate front side wash brush washes the front side of the tray moving according to the tray moving unit. It is possible to rotate the high speed, the wash brush is installed after the tray in the tray front side wash brush opposite side. The wash brush washes the back side of the tray moving according to the tray moving unit.
