PURPOSE: A mold heating and cooling system using a vapor compression cycle is provided to improve the productivity by increasing the cooling speed using the property of the cycle. CONSTITUTION: A mold heating and cooling system using a vapor compression cycle comprises a compressor(17), first and second internal heat exchangers(10, 15), first, second, third and fourth variable valves(31, 32, 33, 34), molds(12, 13), an expander(16), and first and second heat exchangers(11, 14). The first and second internal heat exchangers transfer the heat of the refrigerant passing through compressor to the refrigerant. The first, second, third, and fourth variable valves control the follow direction of the refrigerant respectively. The first variable valve is installed in the lower part of the first internal heat exchanger. The second variable valve is installed in the joined portion of the lower part of the mold and the first external heat exchanger. The mold offers the refrigerant flow passage. The first external heat exchanger transfers the heat from the refrigerant to the outside of the system.
