The annular gear pump has a pump housing formed of multiple housing portions and a wheel set (3) arranged in the housing. The wheel set is driven by a drive shaft. The wheel set consists of an externally-toothed inner rotor (4) and an internally toothed outer rotor (5). The inner rotor is rotatably connected with the drive shaft. A balance piston (13) guided in a balance piston guide (12) of the pump housing in an anti-rotational manner and lying against front wall sided on outer rotor of the wheel set is arranged in the pump housing adjacent to the wheel set in axial direction. |
