PROSTATECTOMY DEVICE WITH CARBON DIOXIDE GAS SUPPLY

A prostatectomy device with a carbon dioxide gas supply includes a device body (8), an observation mirror (2) connected with the device body (8), and a light source interface (1). A gas inlet valve (5) and a gas outlet valve (6) are provided on a front end of the light source interface (1). The gas inlet valve (5) is connected to a pneumoperitoneum device (9), and carbon dioxide generated by the pneumoperitoneum device (9) is used as injecting medium. The device body (8) is connected with the observation mirror (2) through a sliding table having a snap recess, and the observation mirror (2) can move backwards and forwards along the sliding table having the snap recess according to the axial direction of the device body (8). A tail end of the device body (8) is sequentially connected with a closer (4) having multiple ports, and seal caps (3). The device not only can be used for prostatectomy, but also can be used for bladder neoplasm resection and ureterocystostomy.
