PURPOSE: An LED light control apparatus for the plant cultivation having the black-box function is provided to improve the harvest amount of cultivated plants. CONSTITUTION: An LED light control apparatus for the plant cultivation having the black-box function includes an optical environment detection unit, an LED driver, an illumination controller, and a drive recording unit. The optical environment detection unit(100) detects the optical environment information and feedback the information to the illumination controller(200). The LED driver(300) senses the voltage, the current, and the temperature of an LED lamp, and transfers the obtained values to the illumination controller. The drive recording unit(400) saves the obtained values from the LED driver.
