PURPOSE: A natural soil block and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce environmental pollution by using environmentally-friendly materials that can be decomposed naturally after being refused. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a natural soil block is as follows. Natural soil 60~90%, zeolite 1~12%, granite soil 10~30%, and inorganic powder 8~20% are mixed first, wherein the natural soil contains moisture of 5~12% and a particle size of 100~160 mesh and the granite soil has a particle size of 100~200 mesh. A hardening agent 2~8% including SiO2, CaO, and Al2O3 is mixed with the water to 9~12% of the whole material volume. The mixture is mixed into the firstly mixed material and stirred. The final mixture is high-pressure vibration molding in a block mold. |
