PURPOSE: An electro-optical device and electronic device are provided to restrict stress generated inside a device. CONSTITUTION: An electro-optical device(1) includes as follows. An electro-optical panel(100). A maintaining member(310) accepts the electronic optical panel. A heat-sinking member(320) is installed in an opposite side with an entrance face of the electric optical panel. A shielding plate(600) is installed to cover the electronic optical panel and maintain member from entrance surface side of the electrical optical panel.
