<p>PURPOSE: A foam tape is provided to ensure excellent adhesive force, flexibility and noise absorption property, and to avoid primer pretreatment when applied to automobile coating surface. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a foam tape(11) comprises: a base material composition mixing step for mixing 100 parts by weight of acrylic monomers, 0.5-5 parts by weight of radical initiators, 0.01-5 parts by weight of cross-linking agents, and 1-10 parts by weight of porous filler; a coating step for coating a base composition obtained from the material composition mixing step on a backing film(22); and a foam tape formation step for passing the backing film through a ultraviolet curable device to form a foam and polymerizing the film.</p> |
