PURPOSE: A microsatellite marker and a method using the same for identifying Lutra lutra are provided to quickly and effectively identify. CONSTITUTION: A microsatellite marker for identifying Lutra lutra is RIO_01, RIO_02,RIO_03, RIO_04, RIO_07, RIO_08, RIO_10, RIO_11, RIO_12, RIO_15, RIO_16, RIO_18, or RIO_19 mcirosatellite. A primer set is selected from forward primer and reverse primer pair of sequence numbers 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 5 and 6, 7 and 8, 9 and 10, 11 and 12, 13 and 14, 15 and 16, 17 and 18, 19 and 20, 21 and 22, 23 and 24, and 25 and 26. A kit for identifying Lutra lutra individual contains the specific primer set. A method for identifying the Lutra lutra individual comprises: a step of amplifying a nucleic acid sample by multiplex PCR using the specific primer; a step of performing electrophoresis of the amplified product; and a step of detecting allele to determine genotype.
