摘要 <p>The surgical interface for wound, comprises a composition comprising a hydrophobic matrix with triblock elastomer (A), plasticizing oil (B), polyethylene (C) and a hydrocolloid dispersed in the matrix in a proportion of 5-15%. The interface composition is arranged on a thin protective support. Distributed through holes are arranged in the protective support of the interface. The interface has a thickness of 200-600 mu m, and is deposited on the support by coating. The through holes are formed on the support by perforation of the coating or by screened coating. The surgical interface for wound, comprises a composition comprising a hydrophobic matrix with triblock elastomer (A), plasticizing oil (B), polyethylene (C) and a hydrocolloid dispersed in the matrix in a proportion of 5-15%. The interface is associated with an additional layer in a side opposite to the wound. The composition satisfies the following relationship, A=100, B is 300-500, C is 10-50, C/(A+C) is 9-33.5%, C/(A+B+C) is 1.5-9% and B/(A+B) is 75-83%.</p>
