<p>The surgical interface for wound, comprises a composition comprising a hydrophobic matrix with triblock elastomer (A), plasticizing oil (B), polyethylene (C) and a hydrocolloid dispersed in the matrix in a proportion of 5-15%. The interface composition is arranged on a thin protective support. Distributed through holes are arranged in the protective support of the interface. The interface has a thickness of 200-600 mu m, and is deposited on the support by coating. The through holes are formed on the support by perforation of the coating or by screened coating.
