PURPOSE: A pizza manufacturing system for mass production is provided to interlinks all apparatuses for manufacturing pizza in one line. CONSTITUTION: A spreading device(10) processes lumpy dough for pizza to be flatted and become a pizza topping disk. A pinhole device(20) forms a hole or a groove to prevent bubble in pizza baking on the pizza topping disk. A transferring device(30) transfers the pizza topping disk to a certain distance for topping material on the pizza topping disk in which the hole or the groove is formed. The pizza topping disk is automatically transferred from the transferring device by being connected to the transferring device. The pizza topped with materials in the pizza topping disk is baked in an oven(40). The baked pizza is automatically transferred from the oven by being connected to the oven. A cooling device(50) cools down the baked pizza. The pizza cooled down is automatically transferred from the cooling device by being connected to the cooling device. A freezing device(60) freezes the pizza cooled down. The pizza is transferred from the freezing device by being connected to the freezing device. A packing device(70) packs the pizza. The packed pizza is automatically transferred from the packing device by being connected to the packing device. A checking device(80) checks foreign material in the packed pizza. |
