PURPOSE: A compound containing a heterocycle and an organic electronic element using the same are provided to used as a hole transport material, light emission material, and/or electron transport material. CONSTITUTION: A compound having a heterocycle is denoted by chemical formula 1. An organic electronic element contains one or more layers containing the compound. The compound of chemical formula 1 forms an organic layer by a soluble process. An organic electronic element is an organic electroluminescence device comprising a first electrode, one or more of organic layers, and a second electrode. A terminal comprises a display device having an organic electronic device and a controller for driving the display device. The organic electronic device is OLED, organic solar cell, OPC drum, or laser diode.
