PURPOSE: A heat radiating object for an electronic device is provided to apply a flat heat radiating object to an aluminium heat radiating object where in the flat heat radiating object is made of an expanded graphite sheet. CONSTITUTION: A flat heat radiating object(10) is placed on a metal heat radiating object. The flat heat radiating object includes a compressing unit(12) and a curling unit(14) connected to the compressing unit. The compressing unit fixes the curling unit to an aluminium heat radiating object. The curing unit functions as a heat radiating fin of the aluminium heat radiating object. A coupling unit couples the metal heat radiating object with the flat heat radiating object.
