PURPOSE: A microarray probe synthesis apparatus having a capillary nozzle is provided to effectively synthesize microarray probes. CONSTITUTION: A microarray probe synthesis apparatus(1) comprises: a fixing part(10) for fixing a substrate; and a liquid sprayer(30) having a capillary nozzle(300) and a support(310). The surface(312) of the support is separated from the fixing part and is movably placed to the top or bottom. A liquid container contains a solution containing biochemical substances necessary for a microarray probe synthesis. The biochemical substance is a nucleotide or peptide molecule. The capillary nozzle is made of glass, quartz, Teflon, and chemical resistant polymer.
