APPARATUS FOR JOINING BOTH ENDS LABEL WITH HOT WIRE

PURPOSE: A label bonding apparatus for labeling containers is provided to simplify the recycling process by omitting the isolation work of the adhesive in the recycle of the label because the both side end points of the label is thermally bonded by the hotwire instead of the hot melt adhesive or insoluble adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A label bonding apparatus for labeling containers comprises a label bonding device unit. The label bonding device comprises a rotary unit, a lifting unit, a label suction unit, and a label bonding means. The rotary unit rotates a lower turn table(300) which is installed in the top of the supporting board(140). The lifting unit is located between a adsorption shaft(420) and a guide cylinder, and moves the container up and down. The label suction unit inhales the air through the suction holes of the adsorption shaft and the label in the outer side surface of the adsorption shaft. The label bonding means contacts the hotwire to the label through a longitudinal movement of hotwire units and sticks both side end points of the label.
