PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing sterilized Hovenia dulcis var. koreana extract is provided to remove toxicity and to relieve uncomfortable property. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Hovenia dulcis var. koreana extract comprises: a step of removing seeds from Hovenia dulcis var. koreana seeds and preparing fragment and leaves; a step of washing pulp, branch fragment, and leaves and removing moisture; a step of steaming for sterilizing; a step of cutting the branch fragment and leaves in a certain length; and a step of adding purified water and to isolated and extracting.
