PURPOSE: A tire installer · uninstaller is provided to satisfy the effectiveness, convenience, speed of task at the same time by being fixed regardless of the size and fluctuation of the rotation plate to the predetermined position. CONSTITUTION: A tire installer · uninstaller comprises a body(10), a rotary plate(14), a working jaw(16), a post(18), an uninstalling arm(20), and an uninstalling knob(22). The rotary plate is installed in the top of the body. The rotary plate is rotated normally or reversely by a motor. The working jaw is installed in the rotary plate. The post is installed in the rear of the body. The uninstalling arm rotates with the rotary plate in horizontal state and is installed in the post. The uninstalling knob is installed in the leading end of the uninstalling arm and is moved up and down.
