<p>To obtain a frequency stabilization circuit, a frequency stabilization device, an antenna apparatus, and communication terminal equipment capable of stabilizing the frequency characteristic of a high-frequency signal without being affected by the shapes of a radiating element and a casing and the position of an adjacent component, and an impedance conversion element having a small insertion loss. An antenna apparatus includes a first radiating element 11, a second radiating element 21, a feeding circuit 30 connected to the first and second radiating elements 11 and 12, and a frequency stabilization circuit 35 disposed between the feeding circuit 30 and the first radiating element 11. The frequency stabilization circuit 35 includes a primary-side series circuit 36 connected to the feeding circuit 30 and a secondary-side series circuit 37 coupled to the primary-side series circuit 36 via an electric field or a magnetic field. A first inductance element L1 and a second inductance element L2 are connected in series to each other, and a third inductance element L3 and a fourth inductance element L4 are connected in series to each other.
