PURPOSE: A compound forming a ring by binding carbazole and fluorene is provided to lower driving voltage and to improve photonic efficiency and stability of a device. CONSTITUTION: A compound forming a ring by binding carbazole and fluorene is denoted by one of chemical formulas 1-6. An organic electronic device contains one or more organic layer containing the compound. The compound forms an organic layer by a soluble process. The organic electronic device contains a first device, one or more organic layers, and a second electrode.
